Attention Mac 10.7 Lion users:
Apple recently released an update for Mac 10.7 which by default disables Java. zipForm® 6 uses Java and will need to have it enabled on the computer for zipForm 6 Professional to function properly. Please read Knowledge Base Article KBA-01629 on how to re-enable Java in Mac 10.7 Lion.

Attention Firefox users:
Firefox recently disabled any version of java previous to Java 6 Update 30. If when logging into zipForm you are suddenly prompted to install Java this is most likely caused by this action. Please visit Java's web site at www.java.com and please download the latest version of Java to correct this issue. Due to this unplanned update by Mozilla to Firefox, you may experience wait times that are longer than normal.
